News: European Champions: Manchester United 1968 Special Edition shirt

On 29 May 1968, that is to be exactly 50 years ago, cheap manchester united shirts defeated Benfica 4–1 to secure the first European Cup in their history. Right, the Champions League back then. The date is special in the club and so adidas has just created a shirt that celebrates that milestone.

The jersey basically consists of a replica of the shirt worn by the club in the final at Wembley. The base is navy blue with a darker shade for the adidas logo on the chest and the traditional triple shoulder stripe.

In addition, it highlights a golden version of the shield that Manchester United used in those years.
